Welcome to The Board Barn (hereinafter the "Site"). The Site is owned and operated by The Board Barn with offices located in Cumberland, Maine. Your access to and use of the Site is subject to rules, guidelines, policies, terms and conditions contained in the within user agreement (hereinafter "User Agreement") and all applicable laws. Please read the User Agreement carefully before using the Site. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE USER AGREEMENT. If you do not agree with any of the terms of the User Agreement you must not use the Site.

Your Acceptance of the User Agreement:

This User Agreement is effective until The Board Barn terminates it. If at any time you determine that you do not accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and destroy all materials and copies of materials obtained from the Site. If The Board Barn determines that you have not complied with any part of this Agreement, it may terminate your access to the Site and any services provided by the Site. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access and use the Site and you are required to destroy all electronic or other materials and copies of such materials obtained from the Site. Your obligations under the User Agreement, including the warranties made by you, and the disclaimers and limitations of liability set forth herein will survive the termination of the User Agreement.

Use of Intellectual Property:

You may view and download materials displayed on this Site for personal, non-commercial home use as permitted by applicable copyright laws. This Site contains materials, including images, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, and software, which are derived in whole or in part from materials supplied by The Board Barn and other sources that have licensed such materials to The Board Barn, and which are protected by U.S. and International copyright laws. The User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Maine for any cause of action arising out of this User Agreement. If a court deems any part of this User Agreement invalid, the remaining parts shall remain in full force and effect. You agree to file any cause of action with respect to this User Agreement and your rights and obligations in Cumberland County, State of Maine within one year after the cause of action arises. You agree that a cause of action filed after this date is forever barred.

Changes to this Agreement:

The Board Barn reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, change, or alter the User Agreement at any time. You agree to be bound by such modifications or updates and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current User Agreement to which you are bound. The Board Barn will attempt to post a notice of any such change on the Site. By continuing to use the Site after a change is made, regardless of whether The Board Barn has posted a notice announcing that change, you accept and are bound by the User Agreement as modified. Only The Board Barn or its affiliates may alter this Agreement.
